Robin Brownrigg
Robin Brownrigg has joined CRE Valuation Services as a Managing Partner leading our Bahama office in Nassau and New Providence.
He is a graduate of Bishop's University in Canada, and is a certified Appraiser of Florida International University. He is also a Certified Real Estate Appraiser (USA), a Certified Commercial Real Estate Appraiser (USA), is a licensed Appraiser for the Bahamas Government, and is President of the real estate brokerage and management company Bahamas Realty Limited. Furthermore, Robin is a Senior Valuer with the International Institute of Valuers (USA) and a Certified Review Appraiser from the National Association of Review Appraisers and Mortgage Underwriters (USA).
Robin is a member of the Bahamas Real Estate Association, has also served as a
two-term Director on the board of the Bahamas Real Estate Association, is a past President oof the Rotary Clun of East Nassau and Assistant District Governor of Rotary in the Bahamas, He is a board member of the World Presidents Organizations int eh Bahamas (WPO). His appraisals are accepted at every bank, insurance company and loaning institution in the Bahamas.
