Tristan Stiksma
Tristan Stiksma joined CRE Valuation Services in 2016 as a Research Assistant. Tristan relocated to Miami in July 2016 from Jacksonville and is originally from Vancouver, Canada. Prior to his relocation, he served as a crew member at Dunkin Donuts, a painter for residential and commercial buildings and serviced pools all while maintaining enrollment in education to pursue a career in Commercial Real Estate Appraisal.
Besides holding an active Appraisal license, Tristan is enrolled at Miami Dade college and finishing pre requisites there before entering a bachelor’s program at Florida International University. He takes Appraisal Institute courses throughout the United States to purse a Certified General status as an Appraiser.
When Tristan is not hard at work, you can find him either at a racetrack following
his passion with cars, finding a new bike path to explore with his bicycle or at the cinema enjoying the newest films to be released. He also is enjoying the Hispanic culture from Miami and is in the process of learning Spanish to further is relationships he can build domestically and internationally. In addition, he loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.
